Anarcho-Syndicalism versus
Letters #111-#115
Letter #111
Dear Andy, Mixed blood children cannot sue anyone because they themselves own the land, inherited either from their white ancestor or the coloured one. As regards the Catholic Church, haven't you heard of the many Anglican dioceses in the UK, Australia and some in the US who are joining the Catholic Church because they are fed up with the Anglicans pandering to the homosexual lobby? This will eventually happen to the many Protestant sects too - they will either dwindle away or will rejoin mainstream Catholicism. It may take centuries, but it is happening. Babette
Letter #112
Hello, Babette,
I know! It's a great plan. We take all the land from the wealthy people, and there's no way their future kin will be able to complain about it. Because either they'll all be dead, or they'll be our ancestors, too, because of sex slavery. And, as far as I can tell from you, there'll be no hurt feelings, either.
Oh, yeah. Because if I was afraid of homosexuality, I would join a church that was recently exposed as an international, child sex-slave cartel.
Statistically, it is happening in the wrong direction, though. For every handful you gain, you lose mountains. This has been the steady trend of Catholicism since the past. You're aware that the Church priests regularly had the power to order any human being burned alive, and that they didn't withhold this authority over women and children "suspected of witchcraft"? And that the numbers of victims, in some historians' estimates, would reach 20 million deaths for suspected witches alone. But today, the Pope is hated around the globe, and most of all by Italians. He has to cancel his parades because of the amount of hatred against the Catholic Church. And that little sphere, which is the most anti-clerical of the whole world, is the area directly around the church. This little area is expanding continuously. Sincerely,

Dear Andy, You are just insulting assuming that all those who married across racial or ethnic lines were involved in sex slavery. Ever heard about love? And you are talking nonsense about the Church - we have just had Australia's first saint, Blessed Mary McKillop canonized - 50,000 in St. Peter's square. And the Pope had a very successful visit to Britain. I could go on and on but you seem to live in some hideous dream world. Babette
Letter #114
Hello, Babette,
The white colonists used a combination of stealing land (to force starvation) and violence to coerce the Natives into whatever roles they desired of them. Whether it is to be married or a slave, in that era and in some places in ours, there was no difference. I highly doubt that love is involved in a situation where someone gives in because the only other offer is that they'd starve to death -- and that the person they'd end up loving is the person who created the situation where they are exploited. That's like saying I love my boss because he creates a situation where I give him my labor for less than it is worth on the market. Love has nothing to do with it. Like the lowest animal on this planet, I'm only following what my stomach tells me to do. Something like voluntary and free social situations aren't quite possible in Capitalism. Love for such a system, even less so. Unless, of course, you were one of those who exploited the vast majority.
Yeah, you're right. A world where god's number one interpreter is also the world's greatest trafficker of sex slaves. Things aren't.... so bad, I guess? Sincerely,
Letter #115
Dear Andy, Now you really are talking rubbish. I was not starving when I met and married a white Australian. We fell in love - I had a good job, he had no land but also had a good job. Very few jobs now are based on "land" because agriculture is so efficient it takes only 2% of the population to grow all the food that is needed. One of the remaining areas of exploitation is by the "higher" castes in India who charge huge interest for the "lower" castes (Dalits) for their loans or rentals. The Christian Churches are trying to free the Dalits from this indentured labor by education, small businesses etc. Hence the hostility of some ignorant Hindus to the churches in Orissa and Bihar. Read about the persecution of Christians there before you sound off about slavery etc. Babette
