The Cruelty of Christianity

The church has condoned the evils of the world. Attaching shackles to slaves, it has enslaved races, as condoned by scripture (Exodus 21:20-21; Ephesians 6:5; Colossians 3:22; Titus 2:9-10). Churchmen disallowed women thousands of rights, treating them as though they were soulless property, as condoned by scripture (1 Corinthians 11:3; 1 Corinthians 14:34-36; Ephesians 5:22-24; Colossians 3:18). It is the current state of affairs that the lower animals are undeserving of rights, that as Christianity separated whites from blacks with shackles, it separates humans from non-humans (Genesis 1:29; Acts 10:9-13; Rom.14:2; 1 Tim.4:1-3). The church drove natives off their land, slaughtered those who would not convert, tortured those suspected of heresy, burned witches at the stake, burned copies of Uncle Tom's Cabin, burned copies of Harry Potter, filled the world with fear, filled hearts with terror, denied rights to every possible individual, and has done nothing to further civilization.

Mark 10:21 - Jesus looked at him and loved him. "One thing you lack," he said. "Go, sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me."

When Christ said this, did he also mean to sell your slaves and give it to the poor workers, the slaves of wages, the feudal worker?

Exodus 21:20-21 - If a man beats his male or female slave with a rod and the slave dies as a direct result, he must be punished, but he is not to be punished if the slave gets up after a day or two, since the slave is his property.

It is for this reason, the reason that I love life and desire to offer as much affection as I can, that I hold an incomparable hatred of Christian dogma. The horrors that have been caused in the name of Christ are innumerable. The witch hunts, slavery, degradation of women, the plight of animalia. And whenever these Christians had to answer to the Humanitarians and the reformers, whenever asked why they committed such horrific actions, their answers have always been, "Because Christ allows me to do so, by permission of scripture." This is the reason, the cruelty of Christianity, that I cannot believe it. Because I am a Humanitarian, I could never be a Christian.
